application. Submit the application with your payment, negative Coggins and the
signed liability waiver to be received by Equine Paradise Stables, Inc., before the deadline. (Liability waiver agreements will be available at the clinic if not sent with application.) We always appreciate
if you can e-mail us in advance to let us know you wish to participate
so we know how many people are interested.
